Booking
Accommodation is held from Saturday 21 September to Friday 27 September 2024. If you require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the 'Special Requirements' section. The Congress Office will contact the hotel direct and advise you of availability.
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to availability.
Payment
A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking.
You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses direct with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note some hotels may charge a credit card surcharge.
Arrival
Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 1400hrs. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 1800hrs please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.
Booking Terms

To make any changes or to cancel your booking, please contact the Congress Office by email – NOT direct with the hotel.
