Pre-Congress workshops
A number of pre-Congress workshops will be held on Sunday 22 September 2024 with details being announced shortly. You will be notified when these options are released to enable you to add these to your registration package.

Diversity and Inclusion
The Congress Organising Committee is committed to providing an inclusive environment for all to attend. Should you have any special needs please indicate these in the Additional Information section of the registration form. If you are travelling with young children and are interested in the family friendly options being considered, please indicate this in the nominated section when registering.
Visa Application/Letter of Invitation
Please note most international guests will require a visa to enter Australia. You are advised to apply for your visa as early as possible as it can take 4-6 weeks to process an application. Please visit here to ascertain the relevant visa for your visit. Should you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application, please email bmh2024@wsm.com.au and an invitation will be emailed to you, noting this does not imply any financial support for your participation at the Congress.
