Host Congresses

Biomolecular Horizons 2024 brings together three prestigious events:

26th Congress of the International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (IUBMB)
17th Congress of the Federation of Asian & Oceanian Biochemists & Molecular Biologists (FAOBMB)
22nd ComBio Conference (ComBio)

IUBMB

The International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology – founded in 1955 – unites biochemists and molecular biologists in 75 countries and regions that belong to the Union as an Adhering Body or Associate Adhering Body represented by a biochemical society, a national research council or an academy of sciences. The IUBMB is devoted to promoting research and education in biochemistry and molecular biology throughout the world and gives particular attention to promoting opportunities for trainees and providing opportunities in areas where biomolecular sciences are less well developed. For more information visit here.

FAOBMB

Founded in 1972, FAOBMB is a Federation of National Societies of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the Asian and Oceanian Region. The primary purpose of FAOBMB is to promote the science of biochemistry and molecular biology, including education, research and technological applications, worldwide and in particular in the Asian and Oceanian Region.
