We are pleased to announce IUBMB Travel Fellowships are now open for application to assist participation in Biomolecular Horizons. Successful applicants will receive support up to $USD1500 to assist with travel costs to attend Biomolecular Horizons 2024 and will be required to present either an oral or poster presentation the Congress. Payment of the travel fellowship will be made following the Congress. Also note applicants who are awarded a place in the Young Scientist Program will not be eligible for an IUBMB Travel Fellowship.

Eligible applicants will be:
A currently enrolled PhD student or postdoc of less than 10 years since PhD was passed (or equivalent with disruptions considered as noted on the application form)
Not appointed as a Principal Investigator or Faculty member
A member of a constituent society of the IUBMB
Preferred from developing research communities globally
Not based in Australia
Successful applicants will:
Meet the eligibility criteria and submit a complete application
Hold an excellent CV relative to their career stage and opportunity
Be performing research of a high standard that addresses important questions in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology
Detail how participation in Biomolecular Horizons 2024 will be advantageous to their career
Preferenced if they are receiving an IUBMB Travel Award or Fellowship for the first time
